BBQ Beef
Ingredients
4 x 6oz rib eye or sirloin steaks
1 BBQ marinade sauce (£1.50 from our new range)15ml Worcester sauce
10g Mixed Herbs
10g garlic puree
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a sandwich bag and seal tight
2. Mix the ingredients around in the bag by placing it between the palsm of both hands and move them back and forward so that all the meat is coated.
3. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavouring.
4. Cook on the BBQ for 15-20minutes turning frequently or in the oven 180degrees for 30-40minutes wrapped in foil, removing the foil for remaining 10 minutes.
