Chicken Kievs

Ingredients
 
 
2 chicken Fillets
200g Breadcrumbs
10g Garilc Puree
40g Butter
 
Method
1. Place the chicken fillets on a chopping board and cut a small slit at the thickest end about two fingers width. Then using two fingers make a hollow pocket inside the breasts.
2. Take the butter and garlic and place them in a bowl and mix together.
3. Now the messy part, using your fingers stuff the breasts with the mixture until full.
4.Place the bread crumbs on a plate and roll the chicken fillets in bread crumbs till fully covered.
5. Place in a preheated oven at 180degrees for 1 hour wrapped in foil removing the foil for the last 15 minutes to brown.
