Crowe & Atkinson pride itself on two things; customer satisfaction every time and supplying a quality product. If once you have recievied your order your are not 100% happy please contact us so that we can try and sort out the problem or arrange a refund and collection.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped via next day delivery via courier. It will be transported in approved chiller boxes to keep the meat at the correct temperature. Orders will be processed within 2 days at the very most. You will be contacted by email to confirm a delivery date once we have recivied the order.

Delivery is priced at a flat rate of £9.99.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you recieve please contact us to resolve the issue. You have 24 hours from receipt of the order to log any problems with us.

Terms and Conditions

1. The description of products and images changes from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale or change the item description. Price is also subject to change.

2. Once an order is submitted and paid for in full online, we will confrirm your order and a estimated delivery date.

3. Unfortantly we cannot take responsibility if you fail to be in when your product is delivered. We will however contact you with the delivery date, so you are aware when it will arrive in advance.
