Mathews Beef Winter Warming Wraps
 
Ingredients
-      2 Full thin slices rump steak (about £6 in money)
-      Emmental Cheese
-      Cumberland Sausage (8inches)
-      Parsley
 
 
Method
 
1.    Pre-heat the oven to 200degrees.
2.   Cut the rump steak in half so you have 4 pieces (ask your butcher to do this in store)
3.   Ask the butcher to tenderise your steak, this will flatten the steak, opening up the pores in the meat to make it more tender.
4.   Lay 3 slices on Emmental cheese on each piece of steak
5.   Cut the sausage into 4 x2inch pieces.
6.   Roll the sausage, cheese and steak up so you have a roll. Repeat this with all 4 steaks
7.   Dip the each end of the roll 2cm into the parsley so that each side is garnished.
8.   Wrap the steak rolls in foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes, then open the foil and allow to brown. Cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Ensure cooked throughout.
9.   Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve with new potatoes, salad and coleslaw.
