Sticky-Lemon Chicken Recipe
A simple recipe with a whole host of flavours. A real family favourite.
Ingredients4 Chicken Breasts (Skin on)
2 Large lemon
1 Tablespoon Clear Honey
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Chopped Cloves Garlic
1 Teaspoon oregano
Method
1. Place the Chicken breasts in an oven proof dish with the skin rolled up.
2. Grate the lemon skin and squeeze out the zest into a medium sized mixing bowl
3. Place the rest of the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
4. Microwave the mixing bowl for 1 minute and stir until mixed fully.
5. With a pastry brush, glaze the chicken breasts and roll down the skin.
6. Pour the remained of the mixture over the breasts.
7. Place in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 35-45 minutes.
8. Serve the chicken pouring the remainder of the liquid onto the breast on the plate.
9. Serve with new potatoes and fresh salad
